The only two named female characters are Edna (Cristina Galbó) and her sister Katie (Jeannine Mestre). They speak twice, once is about Katie's husband and the other Katie doesn't talk back to Edna, so it is not really a conversation. There are few more scenes in which they speak, but as a part of a conversation among men and women.

Edna also talk to the hotel owner--an old lady, but she is not named.

SPOILER ALERT!
There's anther scene in which Edna speaks to Katie, but she was already turned into a zombie and doesn't talk back, for obvious reasons.
